How to Order
- You can place an order by calling +39 0541 081355 or +39 340 1144144 and providing details about the products you wish to purchase and your shipping information.
- You can also send an email to service@micelimoto.com, providing your personal information, address, and phone number. You must also specify the make, model, and year of the motorcycle.
- You can shop online using the shopping cart on the e-commerce site. Select the desired items and complete the purchase by entering your personal information and shipping address.

Please note that bank fees for payments made from non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland) will be entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

- PayPal: Payment is processed via a secure connection to ensure the security of your purchases.
For refunds on canceled orders paid via PayPal, payment processing fees will be deducted.

Price List
The prices of Miceli Moto® Special Supports items and shipping costs include 22% VAT.

Product Availability
As manufacturers, we almost always have our items in stock, except in rare cases and during national holidays.
We will notify you of availability or any delays via email as soon as we receive your order.

Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs vary based on the weight-to-volume ratio of the total order.
To check the cost, add the desired items to your cart and select the delivery location.
- The base cost for standard shipping within Italy, including the major islands, is € 8,16 (excluding VAT).
- The base cost for insured shipping within Italy, including the major islands, is € 8,16+ € 2,46 (excluding VAT).

Delivery and shipping terms
- Ordered products will be shipped to the delivery address provided via SDA Express Standard.
- We recommend using the same carrier for insured shipping.
- For payments via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal or other methods, payment must be made in advance.
Please note that ordered merchandise will only be shipped once payment has been received.
Important! Standard shipments are not insured, so the goods travel at the customer’s own risk.
In the event of loss or damage, orders will be reimbursed at a cost of one euro per kilogram of the shipment's weight, plus the cost of the shipment itself.

Upon delivery, please check that
- that the packaging is intact and has not been tampered with or damaged by impact.
If the packaging is damaged, refuse the delivery to the courier and request the right to inspect the contents.
- Check that the goods ordered match those on the receipt attached to the outside of the box.
Accepting goods with damaged or opened packaging without first refusing delivery to the courier and inspecting the contents will void the warranty!
