The shipment of your package

Packages are generally sent within 1 or 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via SDA express courier with shipment tracking.

Shipping charges include handling and packaging fees. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary according to the weight/volume ratio of the total shipment. We recommend that you group your items into a single order. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping charges will be charged for each order. By choosing standard shipping, your package travels at your own risk, while choosing insured shipping will protect it. However, special care is taken to ensure that your items are adequately well protected with properly sized packages.

Return for non-conforming shipment
For non-conforming orders, return the products by ordinary parcel with Poste Italiane. The shipping costs you paid in advance, will be returned to you in due time, however within 30 days. Will be rejected to the sender parcels not authorized or sent on delivery.
